A monthly summary of non-resident air arrivals at any California ports of entry (POE).

• In March 2026, California welcomed 561,203 total non-resident international air arrivals across all ports of entry—an increase of 3.1% compared to March 2025.
• Arrivals from Visit California’s 13 priority markets totaled 419,939, reflecting a 3.1% year-over-year increase.
• Canada remained California’s top international source market with 102,569 arrivals, though down 13.8% year over year. Mexico followed with 62,822 arrivals and recorded the strongest growth among top markets, up 34.8% year over year. China saw 47,585 arrivals, increasing 6.4% year over year.
• Overall, arrivals increased in 9 of the 13 priority markets, led by Mexico (+34.8%), United Kingdom (+27.1%) and Germany (+17.3%).
• Notable year-over-year declines were seen in the Middle East (-55.9%), India (-18.1%), and Canada (-13.8%), likely reflecting the impact of geopolitical and political dynamics.
